Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for a Social Housing retro-fit scheme in Witney, Oxford. The scheme consists of works on Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Cavity Walls. The project is starting ASAP and the contract runs until January 2026, no fixed end date.

What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Manage daily activities for retro-fit on solar panels, loft insulation, cavity walls.
• Ensure project is completed in line with standards
• Manage subcontractors and labour teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct daily site inspections
• Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience on social housing schemes - preferably retro-fit
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

• £290 to £330 per day - NEGOTIABLE dependant on experience
