We’re looking for a Freelance Marketing Executive / Manager to supercharge our growth. This is your chance to lead the marketing function, drive enrolments, and amplify our brand across social media, paid campaigns, and digital channels. Working 1–2 days per week, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow the business through smart, data-driven marketing and social media strategy
  • Increase course enrolments and sales across both brands
  • Drive social media engagement and paid advertising campaigns that convert
  • Build our community through newsletters, content, and PR outreach
  • Mentor junior marketing/design team members and unlock new creative ideas
  • Strengthen industry links by building partnerships, internships, and job pipelines
  • Lead website refresh projects and create content that inspires (video, case studies, testimonials)
What We’re Looking For
  • A proactive marketer with a proven track record of growing brands through social media and digital marketing
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on doer, equally comfortable with big-picture planning and day-to-day delivery
  • Strong copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling
  • Experience in paid campaigns, email marketing, and community growth
  • Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite and Google Ads experience
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership
