The successful candidate will support the Senior Site Manager on prestigious new build projects, ensuring health and safety, site coordination, and material procurement. Qualifications

• Experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder.
• Ideally have experience working on high end residential projects.
• Able to commute to SW London on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on site.
• Maintain a site diary to track progress and issues.
• Order materials and manage procurement processes.
• Conduct site inductions for new personnel.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site tidiness.
• Assist the Senior Site Manager with various paperwork.
