Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Interesse an Duftstoffen.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenservice-Fähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

Location: New Store Opening in Oxford Templers Retail Park
Hours: Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends - Full time and part time roles with opportunity to work more hours.

Salary: £9.80 - £12.75 Per Hour

Our Fragrance Advisers use their extensive knowledge and training to advise customers on perfumes and other products. We want to ensure that our customers leave with "That Superdrug Feeling" - receiving exceptional customer service.

Your role at Superdrug as a Fragrance Adviser is primarily serving customers at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service and encouraging add-on sales. You will also ensure the fragrance counter and wider store are well merchandised, maintaining high presentation standards. Additionally, you'll support the management team in achieving store targets. There is also an opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing in-store piercing business (training provided, optional).

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience or interest in fragrance
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your fragrance knowledge and skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, optional)
• Flexible working hours and adaptability to change
