Our client is seeking a commercially minded Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across the group. This is a long-term opportunity for a senior finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, multi-entity environment and enjoys shaping business strategy alongside operational leaders.

Role Overview

As Fractional CFO, you will work closely with the Managing Directors of each business, acting as a strategic partner and financial steward. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Finance Leadership: Driving long-term financial planning, investment strategy, and risk management
• Business Partnering: Supporting MDs with commercial decision-making, pricing, margin analysis, and operational efficiency
• Contract Finance Oversight: Managing long-term contract performance, forecasting, and scenario modelling
• Group Reporting & Governance: Ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity across all financial reporting
• Process & Systems Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows where needed to enhance financial visibility
