About Our Client

Michael Page Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a growing, private equity backed logistics business based in North West London.

Over the last few years, the business has experience organic growth that has accompanied some key acquisitions. With key operations in the UK, US and Europe, the business is looking to continue their growth journey as the navigate the market with agility. Effectively managing their cost base they are continue to grow in Europe and acquisition pipeline in North America.

As part of the growth they are looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to lead on their European operations.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Assist in evaluating business cases and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should be:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with a few years PQE in industry
  • Demonstrable experience within FP&A
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to business partner non-finance stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience driving decision making
