Reed Finance is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in Lincolnshire during an exciting period of transformation. As part of a strategic restructure, they are now seeking a talented FP&A Accountant to join their established finance team.

This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Finance Director and play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to lead departmental budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with budget holders to challenge and refine planning assumptions
  • Deliver accurate financial forecasting and build robust financial models
  • Produce insightful reports to support strategic decision-making at senior levels
About You

You’ll be a finance professional with a passion for financial planning, analysis, and modelling. Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with Power BI is highly advantageous.
