Job description
About Us

We are building a new cultural‑tech platform that helps art lovers and emerging collectors discover exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events across major cities. On the other side, we provide galleries, art advisors, fairs, and event organisers with tools to manage events, audiences, analytics, ticketing, and sales attribution. Our mission is to make the global art world more accessible, more connected, and more data‑driven.

The Role

As Founder's Associate, you'll be the founder's right hand. You'll work across the full spectrum of building a startup: product, research, operations, partnerships, fundraising, and special projects. Every week will look different. You'll be involved in high‑impact decisions and act as a force‑multiplier for the founder. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by the art and cultural ecosystem. You'll help turn ideas into action, unblock challenges, and move the company forward at speed.

What You'll Do
  • Work directly with the founder on daily priorities, strategic projects, and company roadmap.
  • Conduct market research across the art, culture, and events industries to identify opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Support product development: collect user feedback, prioritise features, write product briefs, and coordinate with designers/engineers.
  • Manage early partnerships with galleries, fairs, curators, art advisors, and event organisers.
  • Build outreach lists, draft partnership pitches, and support sales conversations.
  • Oversee early operations: onboarding partners, running community channels, managing event listings, supporting ticketing operations.
  • Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics; produce actionable insights.
  • Support content creation for the brand: emails, campaigns, event announcements.
  • Manage special projects such as grants, collaborations, and city launches.
  • Help prepare materials for fundraising: pitch deck, metrics, narrative.
  • Represent the company at events, openings, fairs, and cultural meetups.
About You
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Creative, curious, and genuinely interested in art, culture, design, or events.
  • Comfortable in fast‑changing environments and ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communicator, written, verbal, presentation.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple workflows.
  • Analytical thinker: able to process data, research, and insights into decisions.
  • Strong execution skills, you get things done.
  • Highly adaptable, one day you're doing outreach, another day product, another operations.
  • Experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, or business development is a plus, but not essential.
What We Offer
  • A front‑row seat in building a new cultural‑tech company from scratch.
  • Full exposure to founder decision‑making, execution, and strategy.
  • Opportunity to grow rapidly into leadership roles as the company scales.
  • Access to the art world through fairs, exhibitions, openings, and cultural partners.
  • Creative, ambitious, high‑ownership environment.
  • Equity (depending on candidate seniority).
