Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team

This is a specialist fostering role for Lleol Foster Carers in Flintshire County Council. It combines professional parenting with a therapeutic approach, supporting children and young people leaving high-support settings to transition to family life.

Salary and benefits include:

  • £50,000 Annual Fee recognising your time, skill & commitment

Could you be a Lleol Foster Carer?

  • Individuals or couples with professional or personal experience in supporting children & young people
  • A nurturing, therapeutic home environment
  • At least one spare bedroom dedicated to fostering
  • A full driving licence
  • Full-time commitment to this role
  • Ability to work as part of a professional team, attend meetings, and engage in training
  • Resilient, reflective, and ready to parent in a new and guided way
  • Open to registering as self-employed
  • Ideally no other children under 16 living in the home (exceptions may apply depending on experience)
