Qualifications

• Experience in motorsport, F1 supply chain, aerospace or high-performance engineering is preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, low-volume, high-complexity environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitions from prototype to production.
• Conduct process capability and root cause analysis.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and reduce waste.
• Support quality investigations when needed.
• Engage with shop-floor teams, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve issues.
