Job description

The Job People are looking for Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy logistics company in Magna Park LE17.

The work is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Candidates must have an indate Counterbalance Licence ideally with 1 year experience.

You must be prepared to carry out other roles within the warehouse, this role is 60% on the truck and 40% carrying out manual work - physical / heavy lifting is required.

Details of a Forklift Counterbalance Driver based in Lutterworth;

• Monday to Friday
• ROTATION
• One week AM shift 06.00 - 14.00
• One week PM shift 14.00 - 22.00
• Overtime available in peak periods
• Must be flexi to support business needs
• Must be able to work AM & PM
• £13.50 per hour
• Ongoing work
• Long term opportunity with training and individual progression throughout.
• FLT Counterbalance Truck required - Indate
• Recent experience - 1 year expereince is desirable

As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you would be required to:

• Have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Truck
• Able to accuratley order pick items
• Pack items / label and pallet wrap
• Heavy lifting
• Have a keen eye for detail and be accurate
• Ensure to follow all processes trained.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.

Role of a Forklift Counterbalance Driver

• Be able to work unsupervised where required.
• Adhering to health and safety rules on site.

• Must be able to carry out other roles as this is not 100% on the Reach Truck.
