Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food technical environment.
• Additional qualifications such as legal food labelling or BRC standards are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product specifications.
• Support the Quality Management System and conduct internal audits.
• Conduct verification checks on Critical Control Points.
• Provide technical support and advice to the production team.
• Investigate customer complaints and develop corrective actions.

Skills

Food Safety Level 2 certification

HACCP Level 2 certification

Knowledge of quality control procedures

Good communication skills

Self-motivated

Education

Graduate in Food Science
