Working Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (38 working weeks per year)
Salary: £9,690 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join our team at Cwmbran High School. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive working environment, delivering great service to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and sandwich/cold food making
  • Perform front-of-house duties such as table clearing, table service, and customer interaction
  • Operate tills and handle payments
  • Restock items and ensure effective stock rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness in both front and back of house, including sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping duties
