• Qualified in Food Safety Level 3 & 4, HACCP Level 3 & 4 and Allergens Level 3.
• Strong expertise in food safety, compliance and incident management.
• Excellent organisational, communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data to identify risks, trends and root causes.
• Resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain Group Food Safety & Compliance policy and procedures.
• Design learning solutions to upskill colleagues.
• Lead inspection and verification strategy to monitor compliance.
