Overview

As a Supervisor in our Food & Beverage team, you will oversee bar and restaurant service with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. You will engage with guests, handle feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will support in stock control, FIFO practices, and inventory checking. You will lead by example with opening/closing duties and health & safety standards. You will flexibly support across F&B outlets including events, golf, and room service.

Our varied food and beverage outlets include the Atrium Bar (popular with golfers and sporting guests), the Silverstone bar serving hotel guests, conference guests and restaurant guests, and our function spaces for weddings, special events and tribute nights.
