Overview
Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. The role supports the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department and provides training to team members. The position is full time, permanent, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Food & Beverage Supervisor motivates the team and leads by example.
- Assist the Management team and the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department.
- Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a visible presence within the outlet to respond to guest requests promptly and use learnings from complaints to improve service.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance the guest experience.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to ensure best-practice service delivery.
- Ensure thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the company standard operating procedures within the department and a general knowledge of all hotel standards.
- Have strong knowledge of the hotel’s Food & Beverage products and auditing procedures.
- Ensure the department is prepared for business and upcoming service days.
- Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues across departments.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation among the team.
- Ensure health & safety / food safety compliance is adhered to; report hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management.
