Overview
Food & Beverage Assistant to join our family! We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.
Location: Hotel 41, London
Employment type: Full-time
Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: £25,500 + service charge
Key Responsibilities
- Creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
- Being familiar with all menus and all products available.
- Cleaning and setting up tables.
- Taking orders for our wonderful guests.
- Making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
