We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the Brasserie family. In this key role, you'll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day‑to‑day management
  • Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable
  • Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service
  • Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment
  • Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
