🌲Beddgelert, in the scenic trees of Snowdonia National Park, offers a riverside cabin retreat.

• Location: Beddgelert (Gwynedd)
• Salary: £28,700 per annum
• Working Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Days of Work: Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota

About the Food and Beverage Manager role

Food and Beverage Manager – full‑time, permanent position within the Beddgelert cabin team. You will work in the Forest Retreat, an open‑year café, reception, and shop that welcomes guests into a woodland glade.

Report directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing smooth operations and ensuring exceptional service, prioritising a better work/life balance compared to typical hospitality jobs.

Your Responsibilities

• Optimise sales while delivering exceptional service and meeting financial and guest satisfaction targets.
• Ensure Forest Retreat health and safety procedures are carried out and properly recorded.
• Support and motivate the Retreat Team through regular performance reviews and ongoing training.
• Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring comments and scores are shared regularly with the team.
• Manage the departmental budget and work with wider management to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Act as Duty Manager, deputising for the General Manager when required.

Your Skills & Experience

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
