Main Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place, ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and that the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During service, you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us? A passion for pleasing guests to ensure they have a happy experience. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter, ideally gained in a similar environment. An interest and appreciation of fine food & wine. Confident communicator – important to liaise with guests and team members.
