Overview

FOH and Office Manager – 6 Month FTC

We are working with a global private equity platform based in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair. The firm backs purpose-driven entrepreneurs tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges, investing with the intention to generate positive, measurable social and environmental impact. With a collaborative, mission-led culture, the London office is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented receptionist to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

Role

This is a varied and visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys creating a best-in-class experience for both employees and visitors. Day to day will include:

  • Managing reception and ensuring guests receive a first-class welcome
  • Overseeing general office operations including facilities, meeting room setup, and courier coordination
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring the office is fully equipped
  • Leading health & safety initiatives as Fire Marshall and First Aider
  • Controlling office budgets, contracts, and systems
  • Liaising with property management on maintenance issues
  • Managing ad-hoc business support requests

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to take a step up in their career.
