Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and execute critical communications.
  • Build meaningful relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead Joint Business Plan process and define service delivery elements.
  • Oversee Quantified Business Opportunity and Client Review process.
  • Manage NPS process for client satisfaction.
  • Leverage NielsenIQ tools for strategic thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities during client engagements.
  • Act as Voice of Customer to meet client needs.
