A leading project management agency in Birmingham is seeking an experienced FM Project Manager for Passive Fire Protection projects. Overview

FM Project Manager – Electrical – Passive Fire Protection and Defects – Birmingham – c£60k. Initially a 2 year FTC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Passive Fire Protection remediation works and defects across a large NHS site.
• Own P&L and delivery for all PFP related projects and defect works at this fully operational site.
• Collaborate with the original build main contractor (approx. 200 staff on site) to authorise and carry out safe isolations where requested and applicable.
• Support the Head of Projects in delivering the PFP programme of works, meeting business targets and closing out key defects.
• Provide leadership to the project team and stakeholders; cover the Head of Programme (HOP) if unavailable.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in leading PFP projects and defect remediation on large, live sites.
• Ability to work effectively within healthcare environments and coordinate with main contractors on site.
