Job summary

A Facilities Management company is seeking an FM Maintenance Planner in Manchester. The role involves planning and coordinating maintenance operations using CAFM systems, with priority given to smooth workflow management. Ideal candidates will have previous FM experience and be proficient in MS Office. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date and a salary of £27,000.

Qualifications

  • Experience using CAFM systems is desirable.

Overview

FM Maintenance Planner required. Job Type: Permanent. Start date: Immediate or notice period. Industry: Maintenance. Location: Manchester. Salary: £27,000. Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Flexi.

Responsibilities
  • Plan & coordinate workflow from the Helpdesk to support daily maintenance operations.
  • Prioritise numerous PPMs and continuously monitor progress, communicating delays to the relevant people.
  • Handle client calls and create faults as required.
  • Provide day-to-day CAFM system support, offering planning & coordination assistance to Team Leaders to ensure efficient operation of planned and reactive maintenance processes.
  • Monitor CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) and manage related services data, including reporting and tracking of all tasks logged on the system.
Qualifications
  • Experience using CAFM systems (desirable).
  • MS Office experience.
  • Previous FM experience (worked for a Facilities Management company previously).
  • Planning experience (desirable).
  • Proven experience within a similar role.
