Overview

FM Bid Solutions Manager - Construction Capital Projects London/Manchester (UK travel required) - UK Wide - hybrid role with some travel. £70-85k depending on experience. You will play a key role in transforming how our client delivers projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth. You\'ll be part of a growing, collaborative team that\'s redefining project excellence. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to their continued success in the built environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals.
  • Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value.
  • Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of our Project Professional Services offering.
What are we looking for?
  • You will have experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy.
  • Strong technical background in construction or infrastructure, working on projects of varied size.
  • Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with influence at senior levels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Eligible for or willing to undergo Central Government Security Clearance (SC).
  • Prefer Construction experience over FM.
