Overview

VNA Driver (Very Narrow Aisle) - Loughborough - Immediate start. Temp to Perm for the right person. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM. 30-minute unpaid break. Pay Rates: GBP13.23 per hour, overtime after 37.5 hours (GBP17.86 per hour).

Location: Loughborough (LE11 1LE).

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, sorting and put-away for the full range of SKUs for the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and shipping of customer orders (B2B, B2C).
• Picking production orders and ensuring CP production lines flow without interruption.
• Receiving, checking, sorting and put-away of CP finished goods.
• Timely sortation of customer returns back to stock or for disposal.
• Returning production orders and rejects to new stock locations or quarantine areas for disposal.
• Relocation of product using appropriate MHE (material handling equipment).
• Disposal of stock as per customer requirements.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
• Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational and health and safety procedures, rules and schedules.
• Treating merchandise and company property with care and concern at all times.
• Flexibility to support peak season and variable hours as required by business needs.
• Cross-training across functions to multitask and provide flexible employment.
• Maintain agreed quality and accuracy levels while achieving hourly production rates.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Operation of MHE equipment (including conveyors, pallet trucks, trolleys, etc.).
• Attention to detail and knowledge of customers and their requirements.
• Knowledge of IT systems to support operations and stock integrity.
• Teamwork and ability to work across all functions including Contract Packing and Logistics.
• High health and safety standards and time management.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work across all functions; MHE licenses relevant to duties.
• Experience in a fast-moving logistics environment is helpful.
• Basic level of computer skills; methodical and accurate stock accounting.
