• Have experience of an automated warehouse operation.
• Are comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Have a detailed understanding of the functionality and operation of automated systems.
• Are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on‑site operations and engineering teams.
• Support all Flow Room functions.
• Monitor the NDC Warehouse Management System through KPI dashboards.
• Support the Flow Room Lead with IT and automation incidents.
• Promote consistency and quality by adhering to Flow Room processes.

Experience with automated warehouse operations

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
