Overview

Pay: £39,000 + Shift premium. Grade: RCS M. Contract Type: Full Time / 5 out of 7. Shift patterns: 23:00–07:00 (Night shift). Location: Daventry, CV23

We're now looking for a Flow room Manager to work a night shift.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Managing a team of controllers
• Monitoring Warehouse Automation Screens
• Accurately monitor the status of plant and systems during operation
• Work in Partnership with the automation supplier to support their maintenance schedule
• Active shift hand over to incoming control room team

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience within Warehouse Operations in a Supply Chain environment desirable
• Experience in Flow operation/ Flow room experience
• Knowledge of JDA, Korber or similar WMS & Schaefer Automation
• Good people management skills (will be managing a team of shift managers)
• Data retrieval and analysis, problem solving
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
