Floor Layer needed in Nottingham

The rate is £18.26ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 1601766

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory and regulatory minimum standards for housing.
• Carry out installation, repair and maintenance obligations as a landlord under the tenancy agreement.
• Contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, achieve high levels of tenant satisfaction, improve landlord and tenant relationships, and protect health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experienced in all aspects of floor and wall finishes including wet-room wall boarding.
• Experience in repairs, new build, maintenance, or contract environments, including assessing and inspecting jobs, and updating records.
