Overview

Floor Layer needed in Nottingham

The rate is £18.26ph PAYE. This is a temporary role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory, regulatory minimum standards for housing, and installation, repair and maintenance obligations as a landlord (under the tenancy agreement). To contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction, improving the landlord and tenant relationships and protecting health and safety.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: Experienced in all aspects of floor and wall finishes including wet-room wall boarding. Experience in repairs, new build, maintenance, or contract environments, including assessing and inspecting jobs, and updating records.
