• Proven experience in managing utilities operations and maintenance.
• Ability to respond to alarms and undertake safety protocols.
• Experience in utility or building service delivery.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

• Lead the Utilities Operations team and oversee plant upkeep.
• Monitor alarms and notify management of issues.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
