Qualifications

• Approximately four years' full-time postgraduate training in a relevant specialty.
• At least two years' experience in Care of Elderly.
• Experience of supervising junior doctors and nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Complement the elderly care team at Hexham General Hospital.
• Focus on same day assessments for frail patients in crisis.
• Work closely with community and primary care colleagues.
