We are looking for someone to support the delivery of best‑in‑class fleet network programmes in order to secure the delivery of the annual network fleet volume and profitably. A key part of the role is to provide regular actionable insight into the fleet network performance in the context of the market, and provide recommendations based this.
The job holder will manage and maintain the Salesforce Fleet Management database (R‑Fleet), ensuring that the UK product line up is accurately represented with correct descriptions and finance data, before deployment in all available fleet agreements.
You will support the Dealer Network on a daily basis and resolve all fleet queries. Furthermore, you will support Fleet events to ensure maximum return on investment as well as manage the budget of fixed costs for the Fleet Department.
Success will be measured via Network Fleet satisfaction deployment of fleet agreements, Fleet Database accuracy and Network Fleet sales volume vs. target.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, presentation, negation and influencing skills. Additionally, solid relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills are required. Experience working within the UK Fleet market is essential.
