A leading estate agency company based in London is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to manage the Fleet operation effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle servicing, maintaining supplier relationships, and analyzing Fleet data for better decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Fleet management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a valid UK Driving Licence. The position offers an attractive OTE of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, with various employee benefits including health perks and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong background and experience within a Fleet management team.
  • Working knowledge of car servicing, maintenance, and repair requirements.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office functions.
  • Understanding of current Fleet industry challenges and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of our Fleet operation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and problem resolutions.
  • Oversee Telematics Data and report on driver performance.
  • Work closely with Finance and Payroll teams.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of servicing and maintenance.
