Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and inverter technology.
• Ability to perform coachbuilding and bodywork repairs.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Leadership ability to manage and motivate team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Drivers Licence - HGV and or PSV will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of all vehicles in the fleet.
• Implement and maintain defect reporting systems and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work is carried out to high standards, with proper documentation.
• Perform coachbuilding tasks and electrical repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff.
• Collaborate effectively with operations team members.
• Support operational growth by recording and optimizing maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
