A leading asset rental company in Brentwood is seeking a Fleet Administration Assistant to support day-to-day fleet operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident in customer communications, and comfortable both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance support, and responding to customer queries. As a Fleet Administration Assistant at our Brentwood truck and trailer branch, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet moving and supporting customers with a high quality rental experience. This Fleet Administration Assistant position is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands on, solving problems and working closely with customers and colleagues to keep our vehicles ready for hire.
In this role you will support day to day fleet operations, ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards and help customers get the best from our rental service.
You enjoy helping customers, working as part of a team and taking pride in doing things well. You will be organised, confident speaking with people and comfortable learning the systems and processes that keep our fleet operating smoothly.
