A leading retail company in Reading is seeking a Fixture Development Manager to oversee design and delivery of retail fixtures. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of fixture development experience and proficiency in CAD. You will manage project timelines and costs and collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality results. Reporting to the Head of Store Design, the Fixture Development Manager will work collaboratively and partner with the Store Design team and feed their expertise and insights into the broader business strategy. This role will also be responsible for supporting the strategic development of the brand by taking concept designs through to in-store retail fixture solutions. The development stage should retain concept aesthetics whilst ensuring durability, cost efficiency and sustainability are baked into everything we deliver.
