What you'll do

Love fitness? So do we. You will work with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to create a slick member experience that helps members achieve their goals. You will:

• Introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions.
• Deliver fitness classes and coaching as part of a service-focused team.
• Help keep the club in top shape by monitoring the pool area and ensuring first-class cleanliness.
• Contribute to a welcoming, high-standard environment whether coaching, cleaning or coordinating a class.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to deliver high-quality member experiences.
• Assist with gym orientations, inductions and fitness classes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.
• Represent Village Hotels with a positive, proactive attitude and strong people skills.

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, with the ability to engage with members.
• A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Strong customer service focus with an eye for spotting issues before they arise.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, ensuring safety for yourself, colleagues and customers.
