A leading healthcare organization in Oxford is seeking a First Contact Physiotherapist to join their established team. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients while collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals. The position offers significant flexibility with work locations and supports advanced skills development through funded training opportunities. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and be HCPC and CSP registered.
We are delighted to be recruiting a First Contact Physiotherapist (0.6 FTE 22.5 hrs per week) to join our established and experienced team.
You will work on-site in GP practices as part of a dynamicmultidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients at thefirst point of contact - with full autonomy and clinical support. You will be embedded in your practice(s), working closely with GPs,receptionists, nurses, and other MDT colleagues to deliver integrated,personalised patient care.
You will have the opportunity touse or develop advanced skills, including injection therapy and independentprescribing, supported by protected CPD time and structured supervision.
