You will respond to emergency callouts, conduct site surveys, and ensure compliance with all current standards, contributing to the safety of public sector buildings. Qualifications

• Proficient in maintenance and servicing of life safety equipment.
• Experience with emergency light and smoke vent systems.
• Knowledge of British & European standards, particularly BS5839.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance of contracts.
• Respond to emergency callouts and execute remedial works.
• Conduct asset verification and site surveys.
