As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

• Leading a number of high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
• Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of 5mil+
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard
