We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established and expanding financial planning firm currently entering an exciting phase of growth.

The Role

As a key member of this close-knit, collaborative team, you will support advisers and the practice manager across a wide range of client-focused administrative duties. Your role will be essential in maintaining a smooth client journey and ensuring the efficient running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing client-related administration, including review letters
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system and supporting the wider client contact strategy
  • Preparing client meeting packs, new business forms and trust documentation
  • Managing ongoing administration such as withdrawals, fund switches and bereavement cases
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required in a small, supportive office environment
About You

We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who brings:

  • Previous financial services administration experience (essential)
  • The ability to work fully office-based and within commutable distance of WA12 9UY
  • Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset
