Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with a scaling Irish business based in Monaghan to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to undertake a broad role to include group reporting, external financial statements, and board-level insights across a growing, multi-entity business.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Financial Reporting Manager will be accountable for the development and management of the Finance function.

The Role
  • Management and supervision of the month end close processes
  • In depth analysis and reporting of KPI's vs forecast
  • Development of automated reporting using Power BI and Power Query
  • Developing and continually improving financial processes and systems development
  • Consolidate data from finance and operational systems to ensure consistent reporting
  • Management and oversight of the finance team
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Supporting the external audit process
  • Implementing and upholding internal controls and governance
The Person
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • At least 5 years' experience within industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance professionals
  • Ability to work to deadlines within a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • ERP experience
