This role is for a Guest Service Associate who will manage day-to-day guest interactions and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day activities related to the guest experience from check-in to check-out and beyond.
  • Provide information at the front desk, handle guest requests, and communicate using Marriott's Guest Experience Platform.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest requests and a high-quality guest experience.
