Job description
Overview

Support investigations, disrupt digital crime and deliver justice. Join the team as a Financial Investigator on a 22-hour per week contract where you’ll work independently within a dedicated team to tackle complex financial cases. You’ll focus on recovering the proceeds of crime through civil processes, presenting evidence in court and engaging with the public to deliver a high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Managing cash seizure and account freeze investigations.
  • Providing expert financial investigative support across the organisation.
  • Supporting operations, investigations and other functions in a financial investigative/intelligence capacity.
Requirements
  • Hold an FIO accreditation from the NCA FIO course and be prepared to obtain a Financial Investigator accreditation.
  • Have teamworking experience and collaboration with external partners/agencies.
  • Have a proven record being self-motivated and working to high standards with little supervision.
