Job Description

  • Contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding accounts and payment plans.
  • Provide accurate information on account balances and payment schedules.
  • Negotiate repayment terms in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Record all interactions and agreements in the system accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data responsibly.
  • Contribute to team targets and individual performance goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Customer Service Advisor should have:
