Overview

We're Hiring: Financial Controller (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes | Start Date: Mid November or before

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the business
• Provide strategic insight and challenge to the Board
• Support Company Secretary duties including statutory filings, board minutes, and governance
• Own the finance function, improve processes, and drive business performance

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 5+ years at FC level, with a track record in managing and improving finance functions
• Strong technical accounting skills + commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel + solid IT skills
• Experience in company secretarial duties (a bonus)
