Overview

At Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The Trust turnover is £700m, serving around 600,000 people and runs three hospitals: Andover War Memorial Hospital, Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, and Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester, as well as community and specialist services. We also provide care at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice in Andover and outpatient services in Alton, Bordon and Romsey.

Role

The Trust is seeking to appoint its Financial Controller, a critical leadership role in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency of its financial function across the NHS Trust and its subsidiaries. The Financial Controller provides accurate, timely and strategic oversight, instrumental in ensuring sustainable financial health, contributing to improved patient care and experience and enabling the Trust to achieve its strategic short and long term goals.
