Financial Administrator Vacancy • SW London offices with hybrid working • £30k - £32k basic salary plus benefits package

A boutique wealth planning business with offices in South West London has been operating for many years with significant financial backing. They provide solid whole of market advice to private clients including City professionals, families, business owners, retirees and individuals from the creatives industries. Many clients fall into the high net worth (HNW) category with over £2m of assets to invest. The firm has a team of 10 staff, including 3 advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team supporting a smooth and effective advice offering to clients. The business also has other bolt-on services.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative coverage of client services and back-office tasks from start to finish.
  • Work as part of a team, reporting into a Team Leader/Manager, within a team of 4 other administrators.
  • Initially office-based with the option to work from home (WFH) 2 days per week.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment; participate in staff wellbeing initiatives, socials and team activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • 6 - 12 months of experience is described for the role in financial planning or a related field (note: the original text says 16 - 12 months, kept as is).
  • Willingness to support studies toward Level 4 Diploma; study assistance is provided by the client.
  • Interest in progressing into paraplanning or a more senior administrator/team leader role in the future.
