Are you ready to take the lead in driving financial clarity and control within a thriving business?

As our Financial Accounting Reporting Manager, you will own the financial reporting for the Herbs Business Unit, ensuring processes run smoothly and reports deliver the insight the business needs to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.
  • Be the main point of contact for Group Finance and external auditors, guiding audits and providing clear, confident responses.
  • Lead, mentor, and support your team, setting objectives and driving performance.
  • Manage purchase ledger operations, payroll checks, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Reconcile balance sheets, maintain fixed assets and lease records, and oversee intercompany transactions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to keep the business financially healthy.
  • Champion process improvements and maintain robust financial controls that support business growth.
  • Assist with sustainability reporting and R&D tax claim documentation.
Qualifications
  • An ACCA or CIMA qualification with solid experience in financial and management reporting.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and ERP system proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex finance issues simply and influence others.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the confidence to lead and deliver under pressure.
